A closer look
Power is outboard, twin 250 to 300 horsepower, so the engine room stays a locker and the boat stays light. It is meant to be driven hard and looked after simply.
From the first plank to the last coat
The Vento keeps the way Frida builds and changes everything above the waterline: a hard top on a single raked pillar, a wraparound screen, an open cockpit that seats fourteen. Underneath, the same lofted-and-planked hull as the wooden boats.
