These terms govern your use of fridayacht.com. The site is operated by Tuncay Kes, sole proprietor trading as Frida Yachting (“Frida Yachting”, “we”, “us”), Loçatürk Tersanesi, Port Bozburun, Yeşilova, 48700 Marmaris / Muğla, Turkey, tax no 5450819560. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. The site is for information

Everything on this site (models, descriptions, specifications, images, drawings, and any indication of availability or price) is provided for general information. It may change at any time without notice. Nothing on the site is a binding offer, a quotation, or a contract. A boat is only commissioned under a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

2. Accuracy

We take care to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is error-free, complete, or current. Renderings and photographs are illustrative. Technical specifications, dimensions, weights and performance figures are indicative and subject to change as each boat is designed and built.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, photographs, video, drawings, the layout and design of the site, the Frida Yachting name and the winged “F” mark) belongs to Frida Yachting or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, frame, scrape, or use any part of the site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site in any way that breaks the law or these terms;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system;
• introduce malware or interfere with the site’s operation;
• harvest data from the site by automated means, or send it automated or bulk traffic.

5. Links to other sites

The site links to third-party sites and services (for example social media and mapping providers). Those links are for convenience only. We do not control those sites, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
